Megan Gorey

A lifelong Emerald Coast local, Megan Gorey offers extensive knowledge of Fort Walton Beach and the surrounding Panhandle communities. Having grown up in the area, she provides clients with valuable insight into local neighborhoods, coastal lifestyle, and the unique qualities that make the Gulf Coast such a special place to live. She also prides herself on knowing some of the area’s best-kept secrets—especially hidden natural spots and local gems off the beaten path.

Megan graduated from Choctawhatchee High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Alabama, with a minor in Gerontology and a focus in Family Studies. Her academic focus reflects a genuine compassion for others, particularly older adults, and a strong desire to support individuals and families through meaningful life transitions. During college, she served as captain of the volleyball team and earned Second Team All-American honors—experiences that helped develop her leadership skills, discipline, and strong work ethic.

Megan began her real estate career with Keller Williams, where she earned Rookie of the Year for her brokerage in her first year—an achievement that underscores her drive, professionalism, and immediate impact in the industry. She now works with the Hiller Group, brokered by eXp Realty, providing clients with expert guidance, strong communication, and a client-focused approach to ensure every transaction is smooth and successful.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys the Emerald Coast lifestyle, including time on the water, exploring Florida’s natural springs, camping, and discovering local destinations throughout the Panhandle. Her life revolves around her “babies”—two rescued Great Pyrenees who keep her active and smiling—and her husband, a fisherman on the Destin Harbor, keeping her connected to the coastal community.
